We are writing to inform you that this requirement is currently on hold while the Department of Veterans Affairs finalizes its acquisition strategy. No further action will be taken on this RFI at this time, and no additional submissions are being requested. As a reminder, this RFI was issued for market research and planning purposes only.

It did not constitute a solicitation, and no award or further procurement action was contemplated under this specific RFI. Accordingly, this hold does not affect any existing contractual relationship, and vendors are not entitled to compensation for costs incurred in preparing or submitting a response.
