FRA SEEKS PROPOSAL FOR THE FOLLOWING:

FRA requests your firm-fixed-price to provide all-weather, 24-7 drone infrastructure supporting situational awareness, security, site inspections, and contingency response services as outlined in the Scope of Services updated July 2024. **An amendment has been issued to provide answers to the questions submitted for this RFP and to extend the proposal due date to September 9, 2024. Please acknowledge the amendment number in your proposal.** The following terms and conditions and exhibits are hereby incorporated into any subject purchase order/subcontract resulting from the above-referenced solicitation: •FRA General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (03.2024) •Onsite Professional Services Insurance Requirements (06/22) •Exhibit A Supply and/or Services Subcontracts (12/17) •Drone Services Attachment A- Proposal Instructions and Evaluation Criteria.v2 •Drone Services Attachment E - Drone Services SOW (07/24).v1 The following must be filled out and returned with a copy of your proposal for the proposals to be considered: •Proposal •RFP Form #357835-MTC - Highlighted sections completed. •Drone Services Attachment B - Vendor Response Template •Drone Services Attachment C - Requirements.v1 •Drone Services Attachment D - Pricing Proposal (Exhibit I) •Drone Services Attachment F - Exhibit A- Supply and/or Services Subcontracts (12/17) -Attachment A completed and form signed. •SARC Subcontractor Annual Reps and Certs Rev. 3* - All applicable sections and form signed. •PUR-466 Proposal Certifications - All applicable sections and form signed. •A separate document including any exceptions to FRA General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (03.2024). Exceptions to FRA Terms andConditions shall be presented with the RFQ submittal. •Valid Certificate of Insurance
