AFTC/PK and 96 CEG FY24 Construction Pitch Day

This announcement should not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment by the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of any Construction Pitch Day. The Government will not be liable for payment of any expenses incurred as a result of participation in Construction Pitch Day by any company.

AFTC/PZIOC, in conjunction with the 96 CEG, Eglin Small Business Office, and the Small Business Development Center of NW FL will be conducting Construction Pitch Days with Small Businesses over a two-day period via in-person meetings at the Small Business Development Center at the University of West Florida’s Fort Walton Beach Campus, bldg. 2. The purpose of these Pitch Days is to allow presentation of Capabilities of companies interesting in AFTC/PZIOC Infrastructure (Construction) Requirements for Eglin, AFB.

The Pitch Days will be unclassified. The event will be held over two days to maximize participation and will begin at 0800 hrs Central Standard Time (CST) and end at 1600 hrs CST on 21 February 2024 and 22 February 2024. Participants will be given a 20-minute time slot in which to brief their capabilities. These briefings will begin with a FY24 Construction Projected Program Overview presented by the 96 CEG and Contracting. Industry is highly encouraged to ask questions after their presentations.

The number of slots will be determined by how many participants respond to this announcement. They will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. To be considered for a time slot you must be: Registered under the NAICS 236220. Business type – Small Business of any socio-economic category Attendance is limited to U.S. Department of Defense contractors.

Attendees must be U.S. Citizens Industry partners interested in attending must submit an email pending your status with the subject line: “Attend AFTC/PK and 96 CEG FY24 Construction Pitch Day” to the administrative the POCs, Ms. Lindsay A. Holdsworth, email: lindsay.holdsworth@us.af.mil & TSgt Edgardo Villalobos, edgardo.villabolos_martes@us.af.mil no later than 1300 hrs EST on 14 February 2024. Please also indicate at that time if you wish to request a virtual presentation. Any requests for reservations that come in after the above stated date and time will not be accommodated. Each attendee’s registration email should contain the following:

Company name, CAGE code, Business unit, and Address Business type – Small business, SDB, SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, or 8(a) participant owned by an Alaska Native Corporation, Indian Tribe, Native Hawaiian Organization, etc. Primary point of contact name, phone number and email List of attendees (limit 3) – provide full legal name and confirm U.S. Citizenship for each attendee.
