Professional Digitalisation and Archivist Service

The U.S. Mission to the United Kingdom has a requirement for a professional archivist to document and provide physical and electronic archival services. The Embassy is intending to fulfil this requirement by appointing a specialist contractor to provide this service. Only companies specializing in this field should apply for a solicitation package and present proof of their qualifications and previous appropriate work.

Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.

Interested parties should contact GSO Procurement at Procurement_Box2@state.gov to request a copy of the solicitation package. Please note that the solicitation package is not ready to be issued yet. Please reference I.D. # 19UK5625Q0036 in the Subject Line of your email to receive the solicitation package when it is ready.
