The Embassy of the United States in Tanzania will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The Embassy of the United States of America in Dar es salaam invites you to submit a proposal for mobile telephone services. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The award is anticipated to be a fixed price requirements type contract under which will be issued firm, fixed-price task orders. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.

Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
