Blanket Purchase Agreement for Supply & Delivery of Stamps and Mechanism

We intend to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Supply and Delivery of Stamps and Mechanism. All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to the submittal of offers. If you are not already registered, please start the registration process as soon as see this notice.
