## Description

We intend to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Supply and Delivery of Stamps and Mechanism. All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to the submittal of offers. If you are not already registered, please start the registration process as soon as see this notice. Submit any questions you may have concerning the BPA notice in writing to the Contracting Officer at ManilaPurchasing@state.gov on or before 06 December 2024, no later than 2:00 p.m. Manila time.
