If you would like to submit a quotation, please complete the Excel spreadsheet included in the attached PDF file and return it to wellington.gsoprocurement@state.gov by 5:00 PM NZ time on September 22, 2025. The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible company that submits an acceptable offer at the lowest price.
