## Description

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the Digital Studio Equipment Upgrade for the U.S. Embassy Wellington. If you would like to submit a quotation, please complete the Excel spreadsheet included in the attached PDF file and return it to wellington.gsoprocurement@state.gov by 5:00 PM NZ time on September 22, 2025. The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible company that submits an acceptable offer at the lowest price.

We plan to award a purchase order based on initial quotations without holding discussions. However, we may engage in discussions with companies in the competitive range if necessary. Thank you for your interest, and we look forward to your response.
