Venue for U.S. Embassy Kuala Lumpur Reception 2024

UPDATE: Please include all available dates in JUNE and/or JULY 2024 in your proposal. The U.S. Embassy is seeking a venue to host 1,200 pax in KLCC for one day in June or July 2024. The U.S. Embassy in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a reception venue with the following requirements. Detailed requirements are in the attached Statement of Work (SOW): Availability for one day in June and/or July 2024 Main Ballroom capacity for at least 1,200 pax and at least 10,000 sq. ft.

Cocktail-style reception in the main ballroom with space for stage(s) and displays Located in Kuala Lumpur City Center (KLCC) Vendor MUST have valid registration in SAM.gov The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.? All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.?

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors need to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
