The BPA holder shall provide AC Unit inspection, maintenance, repair, installation, and removal services at Athens Residences on an as-needed basis. The contractor must have a physical store or stores in the Athens area to ensure adherence to service time frames: non-emergency services must be completed within 48 hours, and emergency services must be addressed within 24 hours.
