## Description

AC Unit inspection, maintenance, repair, installation, and removal at Athens Residences. The BPA holder shall provide AC Unit inspection, maintenance, repair, installation, and removal services at Athens Residences on an as-needed basis. The contractor must have a physical store or stores in the Athens area to ensure adherence to service time frames: non-emergency services must be completed within 48 hours, and emergency services must be addressed within 24 hours.
