Hotel Rooms and Conference Room Rental in Paris in April 2024

The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, will release a solicitation for the provision of hotel room and conference room rentals for the US Mission to France. The anticipated performance period is from April 21 to April 26, 2024. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.?Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.?
