Residence Chimney Restoration

The Embassy of the United States in Belgium will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it becomes available. The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement to repair and restore a brick chimney located on the roof of a residence located in the surroundings of Brussels Capital, Belgium. Contract Type & Duration The resulting contract will be an stand alone (C) firm-fixed-price contract.

Site Visit A site visit is organized by the US Embassy. All contractors intending to submit a bid must attend the site visit. The time and date will be stated in the solicitation. Registration Requirements All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database (https://www.sam.gov) prior to submitting an offer, in accordance with FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are encouraged to complete their registration in advance.

Electronic Submission/Responses This opportunity will allow for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the stated response date and time. Ensure that your email submission does not exceed 2MB. If necessary, multiple emails may be sent. All responsible sources may submit a quotation once the solicitation is issued. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussions, but discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if necessary.
