Registration Requirements All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database (https://www.sam.gov) prior to submitting an offer, in accordance with FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are encouraged to complete their registration in advance. Electronic Submission/Responses This opportunity will allow for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the stated response date and time. Ensure that your email submission does not exceed 2MB. If necessary, multiple emails may be sent. All responsible sources may submit a quotation once the solicitation is issued.
