U.S. National Day Venue and Catering - 2026

The Embassy of the United States in the Kingdom of Bahrain will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The U.S. Embassy Manama requires a venue and catering service for the celebration of its National Day 2026. All qualified sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. SAM registration is not required; however, qualified offerors must have a valid CAGE/N-CAGE code for verification.
