HVAC and Plumbing Installation

This solicitation specification covers the HVAC and plumbing installation at a USG-owned building in Vienna, Austria. The work consists of, but is not limited to the following:

Demolition of 2 radiators and pipes (1. Floor, 2. Floor) in the location that will be new access doors to a new elevator Workshop drawings and assembly planning of 2 new “wall radiators”, in the new positions vertically next to the elevator access doors Delivery and assembly of 2 radiators and pipes in the new positions, implementation into the existing gas-heating system Ventilation inside the elevator shaft Sump pump for the shaft pit Relocation of utilities: main waterpipe (14m) and 8 garden water hoses (8x14m) Tests, commissioning and certificates for density, pressure and thermal data Estimated size of the project according to FAR 36.204 is between $25,000 and $100,000.
