Bid due date 08.14.2025 The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) herein issuance solicitation for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled “Replace Roofs Low” at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI Petersburg-Low), located in Hopewell, Virginia.

FCI Petersburg is a Federal Correctional Institution located at 1100 River Road, Hopewell, VA 23860. The work to be performed in association with this project includes the following scope: “Replace Roofs at FCI Petersburg-Low” The successful contractor shall provide labor, equipment, parts, materials and supplies to replace the flat roofs across the complex. The Statement of Work attachment included with this solicitation announcement will provide complete requirements for the project.

It merely conveys that the estimate/budget lies somewhere within that range). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238160 with a corresponding small business size standard of $19 Million. The solicitation is set aside exclusively for small business contractors.
