4/23/2024 - Amendment 0001: This amendment is issued to incorporate Pre-Bid Meeting Minutes & Sign in Sheet, Pre-Bid Questions and Answers and Updated Wage Determination to NY20240003, Modification 4, dated 4/5/2024. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) herein issuance solicitation for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Replace AHU’s EAST at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC Brooklyn), located in Brooklyn, NY.

MDC Brooklyn is a federal correctional facility located at 80 29th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11232. The work to be performed in association with this project includes the following scope: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment for the Replace AHU’s East at MDC Brooklyn. The contractor shall be responsible for replacing and upgrading Air handling units, return fans, exhaust fans and related components.

It merely conveys that the estimate/budget lies somewhere within that range). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238220 with a corresponding small business size standard of $19 Million. The solicitation is set aside exclusively for small business contractors.
