COMMERCIAL OVEN UNITS USMCFP SPRINGFIELD, MO

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, Missouri, is issuing solicitation 15B41424Q00000011 for the provision of four (4) commercial oven units. The contractor shall provide, deliver, and install the units within 180 days ARO. Contractor will deliver to U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, 1900 West Sunshine Street, Springfield, Missouri, 65807. There are two (2) installation sites for this project.

Installation site #1 is located on the first floor of Building 4 and installation site #2 is located on the first floor of Building 5. The finish floor of both installation sites is elevated approximately 5’-0” above grade but it is accessible by means of freight elevator and loading dock. A level pathway is provided to roll parts via cart to this freight elevator. A paved drive is available to back-up to the loading dock.

Both the paved drive and level path connect to the west gate where all parts and Contractors will enter the institution daily. The USMCFP intends to award to the responsible contractor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on price related factors and technical. Technical will be evaluated based on features of the equipment or any other reasonable basis.

The Contractor will be responsible for supplying and transporting the new oven units to their final installation locations, contractor will be responsible for fully installing the new oven units and connecting them to all necessary units. Finally, the contractor will be responsible for training Government staff on the proper use of the new oven units.
