The Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Florence intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of two (2) PVI water heaters and replacement parts for a PVI heat exchanger. This acquisition will also include technician start-up observation, warranty coverage, and FOB (Free on Board) delivery to FCC Florence. Offerors must include shipping costs in all pricing.

Key Requirements: Two (2) PVI water heaters. Replacement parts for a PVI heat exchanger. Technician start-up observation services. Comprehensive warranty on all parts and services. FOB delivery to FCC Florence, with shipping costs included in the total price. Offerors must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.SAM.gov.

Anticipated Dates: The solicitation will be available on or about September 19, 2024. Quotes are due by September 30, 2024, 12:00 PM Mountain Time (Denver).

Payment Terms: Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

Evaluation Factors: The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is most advantageous to the Government.

Past Performance: Offerors will be evaluated on their previous successful completion of similar projects.

Availability: The ability of the vendor to meet the delivery and service requirements within the specified timeline.

Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA): The award will be based on the lowest price that meets all technical requirements. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 for the acquisition of commercial items. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. HAND-WRITTEN BIDS WILL BE REJECTED.
