IN ATTEMPTS TO GIVE VENDORS ADEQUATE TIME FOR SOURCING AND DELIVERY, THE DUE DATE IS NOW 5/20/2026 AT 2:00 PM EST FIRM.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) McKean, Bradford, Pennsylvania, herein issues solicitation 15B20926Q00000012 for the requirements of:

SUBSISTENCE & BREAD ITEMS 4TH QUARTER FY 2026. This solicitation is restricted, 100% Small Business. FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin JULY 1ST, 2026 and end JULY 24, 2026. Milk will require weekly deliveries, and bread items will require biweekly deliveries, with a period of performance of July 1ST 2026 – September 30TH 2026. By bidding on these items, you are confirming that you can make delivery within this timeframe.

Any delivery that is not within this timeframe can be refused, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations. Deliveries will be made to the FCI McKean Warehouse, 6975 Route 59, Lewis Run, PA 16738, 15 Miles South of Bradford, PA. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards.

The Government will award to the responsible offerors whose bid, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with both past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be available on MAY 8TH, 2026 at 11:00 AM EST and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: www.sam.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed through this site.

Vendors who submit an offer concur that the delivery date can be met, unless otherwise specified (example, biweekly bread deliveries). Substitutions to specifications in line-item descriptions are prohibited, (example, size and case count.) No dented cans or substitutions will be allowed.
