**Admendment 0001** This admendment is to add the site visit for September 11, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. EST and to extend the closing date to September 18, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. EST. If you would like to attend the site visit, please send in the filled out NCIC form by 10:00 a.m. EST on September 9 to be cleared to enter the Federal Medical Center. A Q & A document has been added to answer any questions sent in. Please check this document for answers to your questions.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons plans to issue 15B10625Q00000030 for the Replacement of Controls Air Compressors at the Federal Correctional Complex Butner located in Butner, North Carolina. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333415. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at https://sam.gov.

Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after, August 29, 2025, with a due date of September 15, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
