Notice of Intent to Rent Storage Space from First United Methodist Church located in Gallup, New Mexico.

Notice of Intent to negotiate a sole source award with First United Methodist Church of Gallup NM. The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center located in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed-price award to First United Methodist Church of Gallup, 1800 Redrock Dr. Gallup NM 87301 for a portion of their hall to be used as storage space. The NAICS Code is 493110: General Warehousing and Storage, with a small business set aside standard of $34 million dollars.

The Period of Performance will be from July 7, 2025 to July 6, 2026 with 2 option years thereafter if exercised. The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to First United Methodist Church of Gallup pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b), purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold may be solicited from one source if it is determined that the circumstances of the contract deems only one source available.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than First United Methodist Church of Gallup may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Stefanie Atene@ihs.gov by 10:00 AM MT on June 30, 2025. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
