The Period of Performance will be from July 7, 2025 to July 6, 2026 with 2 option years thereafter if exercised. The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to First United Methodist Church of Gallup pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b), purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold may be solicited from one source if it is determined that the circumstances of the contract deems only one source available. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than First United Methodist Church of Gallup may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Stefanie Atene@ihs.gov by 10:00 AM MT on June 30, 2025.
