BLR-MECHANICAL SYSTEM PREVENTATIVE MAINT

The National Park Service (NPS), Blue Ridge Parkway, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a vendor to provide all the necessary personnel, material, and equipment to perform annual preventative maintenance on the Mechanical Systems located in the Asheville, NC area.

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and the size standard is $19 million. Period of Performance 7/1/2024 to 6/30/2025 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.

Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested Offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote.
