## Description

The National Park Service (NPS), Blue Ridge Parkway, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a vendor to provide all the necessary personnel, material, and equipment to perform annual preventative maintenance on the Mechanical Systems located in the Asheville, NC area.

**TYPE OF CONTRACT:** Firm Fixed Price 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and the size standard is $19 million. Period of Performance 7/1/2024 to 6/30/2025 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
