BLM-CO GFO CORKSCREW TOILET DEMOLITION This amendment is to extend the closing date to 09/02/2025 and to change the proposal submission POC to Chau Nguyen cnguyen@blm.gov. This is a solicitation announcement for a campground expansion project located at the Bureau of Land Management Corkscrew Toilet in Gunnison County, Colorado.

Corkscrew Toilet is approximately 8 miles Northwest of Silverton, CO off of Highway 110. Socio-economic Categories: This procurement is a competitive ISBEE set-aside. 1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION The work includes, but is not limited to; demolition of a pit toilet, traffic control, site grading, and importing material. 1.2 LOCATION From Silverton, Colorado, travel north-west on state highway 110 for approximately 6 miles. Turn left (north) on county road 10, travel approximately 1.5 miles. Turn left (south-west) on county road 11 (towards corkscrew gulch), travel approximately 0.5 miles to the project site.

Latitude: 37.907231 degrees north Longitude: 107.648347 degrees west 1.3 WORK SCHEDULE Work shall be completed within 365 days of the Notice to Proceed. Work is not allowed on Federal holidays. Work shall occur Monday through Friday. Contract time will be paused, upon request, when snow or snowmelt prevents work at the project site.

Period of Performance: Work shall be completed within 365 days of the Notice to Proceed. Rough Order of Magnitude - Between $25,000 and $100,000.

Pre-Bid Site Visit: There will be no pre-bid site visit.
