BELVIDERE GAGE REMOVAL

The U.S. Geological Survey New Jersey Water Science Center has a requirement for to dismantle and remove a Belvidere Gage Data Collection Station located at 208 Depue Street in Belvidere, New Jersey. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for this installation. The project must be completed within 90 days of notice to proceed.

Amendment 0001 has been implemented to update the SAM.gov announcement description wording in the first paragraph from U.S. Geological Survey Virginia Science Center (CERC) to:

New Jersey Water Science Center. The closing date has been extended from 07/29/2024 10:00 am mountain time to 08/001/2024 10:00 am mountain time.

Amendment 0002 has been implemented to provide Questions and Answers, reference B09 Attachment 6 Questions and Answers document. The closing date has been extended from: 08/01/2024 10:00 am mountain time to:

08/02/2024 10:00 am mountain time.

Amendment 0003 has been implemented to provide Questions and Answers, reference B09 Attachment 7 Questions and Answers document. The closing date has been extended from: 08/02/2024 10:00 am mountain time to:

08/06/2024 10:00 am mountain time.

Amendment 0004 has been implemented to provide Questions and Answers, reference B09 Attachment 8 Questions and Answers document. The closing date has been extended from: 08/06/2024 10:00 am mountain time to:

08/15/2024 5:00 pm mountain time.

Amendment 0005 has been implemented to provide Questions and Answers, reference B09 Attachment 9 Questions and Answers document. The closing date has been extended from: 08/15/2024 5:00 PM mountain time to:

08/19/2024 10:00 pam mountain time. Statement of work has been updated please refer to B09 Attachment 10 Updated Statement of Work. Also a site visit will be held on Wednesday August 14, 2024 at 10:00 am eastern time. Please refer to amendment 0005 for more information.

Amendment 0006 has been implemented to provide the correct updated statement of work please reference the correct attachment titled B09 Attachment 11 Corrected Updated Statement of Work. The previous attachment titled B09 Attachment 10 Updated Statement of Work is the incorrect document. This has not been extended. All terms and conditions remain the same. There are no option periods. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0124Q0236 will be issued on or about 07/18/2024 with written quotes due on or about 07/29/2024.

This acquisition is for small business set-asides. The NAICS code is 238910. The size standard is $19.0 million. The magnitude of construction is less than $30,000. The anticipated award date of the contract is 08/01/2024. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/SAM/ to be awarded the contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be emailed to dparkin@usgs.gov.
