The Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) at 4200 New Haven Road, Columbia, Missouri has a requirement for HVAC and building mechanical equipment service repair work on an as-needed basis. Preventative maintenance is currently done in-house. Primary use of this contract shall be to conduct corrective maintenance. Period of performance is one base year and four option years.
