## Description

The Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) at 4200 New Haven Road, Columbia, Missouri has a requirement for HVAC and building mechanical equipment service repair work on an as-needed basis. Preventative maintenance is currently done in-house. Primary use of this contract shall be to conduct corrective maintenance. Period of performance is one base year and four option years. Request for quote (RFQ) 140G0124Q0049 will be issued on 12/13/2023 with written quotes due on 1/8/2023.
