SYNTHETIC APERTURE RADAR (SAR) IMAGERY

Obtain near, real-time and retrospective SAR for situational awareness. Specifically, this procurement is for SAR and provides for the manner in which Satellite Analysis Branch (SAB) shall acquire said imagery for the production of satellite-based products for distribution to our customers. The contractor shall provide 24 hours, 7 days a week support to SAB in the form of satellite imager tasking, acquisition, processing and delivery.

The contractor shall deliver SAR satellite imagery in accordance with the assigned specifications outlined in Table 1 - Data Requirements, of the attached Combined/Synopsis Solicitation No. 1332KP25Q0090. The contractor shall provide a web-based portal to exclusively manage all imagery tasking requests submitted by SAB. The portal must be accessible via standard web browsers, require secure login credentials, and provide functionality for submitting, modifying, tracking, and reviewing tasking requests.

The portal shall be available to receive tasking requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. The contractor shall not accept any other means of tasking submission (e.g., email, phone, or paper-based methods) other than the web-based portal unless authorized in writing by NOAA personnel.
