The contractor shall provide a web-based portal to exclusively manage all imagery tasking requests submitted by SAB. The portal shall be available to receive tasking requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. The contractor shall not accept any other means of tasking submission (e.g., email, phone, or paper-based methods) other than the web-based portal unless authorized in writing by NOAA personnel.
