NSSL ATD Improvements and Engineering Test Support

(1) A description of the supplies or services: This requirement is to provide continued technical and engineering support for on-going improvements of National Severe Storms Laboratory’s (NSSL) ATD to ensure lifecycle sustainment of the system and extension of its capabilities to support engineering and weather research. The ATD radar is part of the Phased Array Radar (PAR) research program. The requirement includes research, design and implementation of system improvements; continued system development; and operational support and sustainment of the ATD system.
