Hydraulic Shear equivalent to GMC Machine Tools HS-0425E

The Naval Surface Warfare Center is request FOB destination, open market, firm fixed pricing for one (1) hydraulic shear equivalent to the GMC Machine Tools HS-0425E 4-foot hydraulic metal shear with electric back gauge, as detailed in attached minimum specifications. All responses shall include price(s), FOB destination, a point of contact, name and phone number, cage code, business size, lead time and payment terms.

Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the quoter to meet all specifications and requirements. Any applicable shipping/freight costs must be incorporated into line items as we are not authorized to pay stand-alone shipping/freight. Quote packages are due by setforth time adn date. Late quotes will not be considered. Offerors will not have an opportunity to provide additional information once the solicitation has closed.

Failure to provide required documentation prior to solicitation closing shall be considered as a no-bid. No terms will be incorporated into any price quote and/or order accepted by the Government unless otherwise agreed to by all parties in writing.

Any and all terms and conditions contained in any price quote and/or order that violate any Federal laws, statutes, and regulations, including but not limited to, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) are void and will have no effect. The applicable Federal laws, statutes, and regulations, including, but not limited to, the FAR and DFARS will govern instead. Standard Government provisions and clauses apply.
