Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the quoter to meet all specifications and requirements. Any applicable shipping/freight costs must be incorporated into line items as we are not authorized to pay stand-alone shipping/freight. Quote packages are due by setforth time adn date. Late quotes will not be considered. Offerors will not have an opportunity to provide additional information once the solicitation has closed. Failure to provide required documentation prior to solicitation closing shall be considered as a no-bid. No terms will be incorporated into any price quote and/or order accepted by the Government unless otherwise agreed to by all parties in writing. Any and all terms and conditions contained in any price quote and/or order that violate any Federal laws, statutes, and regulations, including but not limited to, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) are void and will have no effect.
