USNA Centers of Influence Orientation Visit – Summer 2024

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.106, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about July 5 2024 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 1301174241 at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov/.

This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-07 and DFARS Change Notice 20240705. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses are available in full text at the following addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. This acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract under NAICS 722320. The Small Business Size Standard is $9M.

The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for the procurement of hotel services on behalf of the United States Naval Academy SERVICES REQUIRED: See attached statement of work. CLIN 0001 - Hotel Services for the USNA Centers of Influence (COI) Orientation Visit program 2024 IAW the statement of work. 1 each.
