TRIMBLE SURVEY EQUIPMENT

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12FPC424Q0137 is issued as request for quotation (RFQ). The acquisition procedures at FAR Part 13.5 are being utilized.

The Government anticipates issuing a firm fixed price "Brand Name" commercial supply contract. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote responds to the terms of the RFQ and is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote to the government. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04, effective June 2, 2023. (Attachment 2) This requirement is being 100% set aside for small business participants only.

The applicable NAICS code is 334511 Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical Systems and Instrumental Manufacturing - which has a size standard of 1,350 employees. Active SAM.gov registration is required in order to be awarded the contract and must be active throughout the period of performance. Interested quoters must provide proof of active SAM.gov registration.

Prices shall be listed for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) of this RFQ. Interested vendor is responsible for ensuring that the documents are submitted in a timely manner as to reach the destination before the closing time.
