This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12FPC424Q0137 is issued as request for quotation (RFQ). The acquisition procedures at FAR Part 13.5 are being utilized. The Government anticipates issuing a firm fixed price "Brand Name" commercial supply contract.
