12FPC324Q0030 Synopsis: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation – Acquisition and Procurement Division is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13 on behalf of the USDA - Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) to furnish and install a new seed storage cooler desiccant dehumidifier located at the New Jersey Plant Materials Center located at 1536 Route 9 North, Cape May Court House, Cape May County NJ.

As described in the scope of work, the work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to remove and properly dispose of an existing seed cooler dehumidifier unit, and to furnish, install, and test a new seed cooler desiccant dehumidifier unit and accessories, such as humidistat controller, stainless-steel ductwork, and clean up the site. This solicitation is a 100 percent Small Business set-aside.

To be eligible for award, interested contractors must be registered in and must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov A firm fixed price construction contract is anticipated under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The anticipated period of performance for this project is 15 calendar days from the date the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
