(See attached SF30) The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal submission deadline to 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time on January 8, 2025.

AMENDMENT 0003

(See attached SF30) The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Provide Questions and Answers to questions submitted within the question-submission deadline (see attached);

2. Extend the proposal submission deadline to 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time on December 18, 2024.

AMENDMENT 0002

(See attached SF30) The purpose of this amendment is to provide notice that a subsequent amendment is forthcoming that will provide Questions and Answers as well as an extension to the RFP deadline.

AMENDMENT 0001

(See attached SF30) The purpose of this amendment is to provide a copy of the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet.

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided for upgrading selected components of the existing electrical system of the site. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and specifications contained in this document. The project is located at USDA, ARS, Northwest Irrigation & Soils Research Laboratory (NWISRL) at 3793 N 3600 E Kimberly, ID 83341-5076.
