In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The Request for Proposal (RFP), #12905B25R0001, may be issued on or around November 1, 2024. The requirement will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside, under NAICS Code 237130 – Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction, with a size standard of $45M. Completion timeframe for the resulting contract is to be determined. The RFP will be accessible via https://sam.gov/ in the “Contracting Opportunities” section. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the RFP package and any amendments.
