Greenhouse Roof and Endwall Replacement

The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with these specifications for USDA Agricultural Research Service National Clonal Germplasm Repository in Riverside, CA. Bidder shall provide Base Bid pricing and Alternate pricing as defined in the contract documents.

Location: United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) USDA Agricultural Research Service National Clonal Germplasm Repository 1060 Martin Luther King Blvd. Riverside, CA. 92507 Principal of featured work: The Repository must maintain clean source trees in an APHIS-approved protective structures. One protective structure is a greenhouse designed, manufactured, and installed by Conley Manufacturing and Sales, Montclair, California.

The roof of this structure has begun to deteriorate, particularly the areas near the attachment points to the frame. Therefore, to maintain structural integrity and insect exclusion, the roof must be replaced. Replacement with twin wall poly carbonate will increase durability and decrease temperature fluctuations.
