The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000 USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The Request for Proposal (RFP), 12905B24Q0168, may be issued on or around August 1, 2024. The requirement will be a 100% total small business set-aside, under NAICS Code 236220 with a size standard of $45,000,000. Information concerning the REE policies and procedures regarding the definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts and the time required for definitization of those actions per 15 U.S.C. 644 is available at https://www.ars.usda.gov/afm/apd/acquisitions/.
