Culvert Cleaning Repair and Replacement

The USDA Forest Service, Coconino National Forest, Mogollon Rim Ranger District, Happy Jack Arizona, has a project to clean two culverts and the removal and replacement of five culverts. This project also includes three optional work items for the removal and replacement of three culverts per option, each along FSR 613. Old culverts shall be hauled off government lands and disposed of in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, per FP-14 203.05 (a).

The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, materials, equipment and vehicles, tools, parts, labor, transportation, lodging, and miscellaneous items to remove and replace bid upon quantities of existing culverts with new materials. The project starts at the junction of AZ-87 and FSR 613 and continues along FSR 613 to the junction with FSR 147 at MP 4.75.
