HPCC Reforestation Tree Shelters Carson National Forest

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a writen solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation 127EAV24Q0047: HPCC Reforestation Tree Shelters Carson National Forest is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Location of project: The Carson National Forest New Mexico has a requirement for the acquisition of supplies-Tree Shelters and Component Parts. The applicable NAICS is 111421-Nusery and Tree Production, for which the small business size standard is $3.25 million (PSC: 8730-Seeds and Nursery Stock).

This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation Circular 2024-03 February 23, 2024. The result of this requirement will be a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide pricing in accordance with the Schedule of Items and specifications/salient characterstics.
