The applicable NAICS is 111421-Nusery and Tree Production, for which the small business size standard is $3.25 million (PSC: 8730-Seeds and Nursery Stock). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation Circular 2024-03 February 23, 2024. The result of this requirement will be a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so.
