Supervisor’s Office: 602 S. Tippecanoe Avenue, San Bernardino, CA 92408 Front Country Ranger Station: 1209 Lytle Creek Road, Lytle Creek, CA 92358 Big Bear Discovery Center & Mountain Top Ranger Station: 40170 Highway 38, Fawnskin, CA 92333. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561720-Janitorial Services and this is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The period of performance will be for a base year of approximately four (4) months and four (4) twelve-month option years; the estimated dates are as follows:

Base Year: October 1, 2025- December 31, 2025 and four (4) Option Years :
