R09 Dam Early Warning System

Amendment 0002 Posted 04/20/2026 Amendment 0001 Posted 04/07/2026 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12445526Q0029 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Region 09 Dam Early Warning System.

The Hoosier, Huron-Manistee, Mark Twain, Monongahela, Shawnee, Wayne and White Mountain National Forest requires Dam Early Warning Systems. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238210 – Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The small business size standard is $19 Million This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000.
