This amendment Changes the bid due date and bid opening date to July 24, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. eastern time and requires Bids to be submitted to Brad Higley at Bradley.Higley@usda.gov and NOT Erin Garcia Solicitation Amendment 0001 is posted on 6/24/25. This amendment provides the Pre-Bid meeting questions/responses and attendee names; adds Att. 8 Geotechnical Report to the solicitation; adds Att.

9 RACR Map to the solicitation; extends bid closing to 7/21/25 at 5:00pm Eastern; and adds the bid opening link for 7/22/25 at 2:00pm Eastern via Microsoft Teams. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service announces an opportunity on the White Mountain National Forest for the Lincoln Woods Trail Reconstruction. The Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) apply to this solicitation and is set-aside for small businesses. See attachments for complete details and bid submission instructions.

This announcement constitutes a solicitation for construction issued as an Invitation to Bid (IFB) in accordance with FAR Part 14. Interested contractors must be active in SAM.gov on the date the bid is received to be eligible for award.

Quotes submitted by contractors without an active record in SAM.gov will not be considered. The solicitation is posted to SAM.gov and no hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any, will be provided. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this solicitation or any follow up information requests. For further information, review the attached IFB solicitation and associated attachments. All questions shall be submitted by 6/27/2025.
